What is your relationship with WSO2?
Our founder is the WSO2 Ambassador for the ANZ region, which is a community and technical recognition. We are not a WSO2 reseller and we do not resell subscriptions, so our advisory work is independent of any license commission. We work alongside WSO2 sales and support where clients have a subscription, and we can make introductions if a license is the right next step.
Do you provide WSO2 support and licensing?
We do not resell WSO2 subscriptions or replace official WSO2 production support. We work alongside WSO2 support when clients have a subscription, and we provide independent advisory, audits, implementation, deployment review, troubleshooting and training.
Can you work with our existing team rather than replacing them?
Yes. Most of our engagements are augmentation and enablement. The goal is for your team to be more capable at the end of the engagement, not more dependent on us.
Where are you based and where do you deliver?
Head office in Melbourne, Australia. We deliver globally, remote or on-site, with senior engineers working in your time zone regardless of where your team is based. Engagements are scoped to fit how your organisation operates, not the other way around.
Which WSO2 products do you focus on?
We focus on WSO2 API Manager, WSO2 Identity Server, WSO2 Micro Integrator and enterprise integration architecture. The work usually covers API management, integration, identity and access management, Kubernetes deployment, observability, deployment updates and team enablement.
Can you help with WSO2 deployment updates?
Yes. We help teams review deployment topology, compatibility, customisations, traffic policies, Kubernetes settings, observability and release planning. Official product support and subscription matters remain with WSO2.
Do you do WSO2 health checks or architecture reviews?
Yes. A typical WSO2 health check runs one to two weeks and produces a written report covering architecture, performance, security, cost and operational maturity, with a prioritised action plan.
Can you help with WSO2 deployments on Kubernetes?
Yes. We have done multiple Kubernetes deployments of WSO2 API Manager and Micro Integrator, including autoscaling, observability, secrets management and CI/CD. We work with EKS, AKS, GKE and on-premises Kubernetes distributions.
Do you support Australian government and regulated industry deployments?
Yes. We are familiar with Australian data residency, IRAP-aligned hosting considerations and the operational requirements of regulated environments in banking, telecommunications and government.
How quickly can you start?
For audits and short engagements, usually within a week. For larger implementations we scope and mobilise in two to three weeks.
